Buyer's Guide
1. Purchase at least 1 unit per account.
2. If the final delivered miner's computing power is lower than 118T, the difference will be returned according to $/T.

Shipping Details
1. The product is made in China.
2. We have received the full payment of the order, and will arrange the delivery according to the method of payment first and delivery first.
3. You are responsible for any customs delays or returns due to lack of proper documentation. It is strongly recommended that you understand local customs clearance policies and prepare all customs documents in advance to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.
Warranty
1. Please note that if the miner is not running under safe and stable power conditions, customer service for this product will not be available due to operational issues.
2. 365 days warranty from the date of shipment.
3. If the user does not use the product in accordance with the provided instructions, specifications and conditions, or changes the functional settings of the device without Bitmain's prior consent, we shall not be liable for any loss caused thereby.
How about the Warranty?
A.365 days warranty for new machine.If it is within the warranty period, the original factory of the miners will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service
B.For used miners, we will send testing video with SN code before shipment to make sure every miner is in a good state. And we will provide paid maintenance service after that.
